Your questions, our answers.
Obsidian Regulatory Change Analysis compares each version of a regulation and shows, field by field, what changed, when it takes effect and whether the change is official or only announced.
Where do the before and after come from?
From the official text, version by version. Every change links to the source behind it.
What does "announced, not yet official" mean?
An announced change (a proposal, a consultation, a press release) is not yet a published rule. Obsidian tells it apart from a change sourced in the official journal.
Can I see only what concerns me?
Yes: the feed filters by topic, by jurisdiction and by entity.
What comes next?
Every change feeds the impact assessment: for each entity affected, the impact level and the next step.
