On October 21, 2026, the General Directorate of General Health Insurance of Turkey's Social Security Institution (SGK, Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu) issued Announcement 2026/41 (Bedeli Ödenecek İlaçlar Listesinde Yapılan Düzenlemeler Hakkında Duyuru 2026/41). Announcement 2026/41 changes 15 barcodes on October 23, 2026: seven VOTRYXE strengths are added, five lines are amended, FUCIBEST and MAGNEDUO are reactivated, and KLOREMIN is passivated. Added VOTRYXE lines are price-protected (fiyat korumalı), groups E509A, E509B and E509D through E509H, with list entry on that date. Among the amended lines, ALORES is equivalent (eşdeğer), THROMBOREDUCTIN is reference (referans), and CORDALIN, TRIBUDAT and ZOLIN are price-protected. Who must act on these barcodes in Türkiye?
Holders selling those nine brands into the Turkish reimbursed market must match warehouse release and discount status to their row. Community and hospital pharmacies billing SUT EK-4/A must bill the active barcode only. Wholesalers stocking any of the 15 barcodes must ship the barcode the spreadsheet marks as current. The notice names the Drug Department (pharmacist Arzu Ay Yıldızçelik, [email protected]) and sets no date other than October 23, 2026.
What must be in place by October 23, 2026?
By October 23, 2026 the seven VOTRYXE strengths must be listed, the five amended products billed on the spreadsheet's discount-status basis, FUCIBEST and MAGNEDUO dispensed again as reimbursed products, and KLOREMIN no longer billed to SGK.

What happens if a barcode is not on the active list?
A barcode absent from the active EK-4/A list is not reimbursed under SUT article 4.4.1: pharmacies cannot bill it, and reimbursed access in Türkiye fails. That is the result for passivated KLOREMIN. The seven new VOTRYXE barcodes cannot be billed until they are in the pharmacy system. Billing the previous ALORES or ZOLIN barcode after the switch fails the same test.
