Who is covered
The duty covers every manufacturer and importer placing tobacco or herbal smoking products on the Norwegian market: manufacturers of cigarettes, fine-cut and rolling tobacco, importers of cigarettes and rolling tobacco, manufacturers and importers of snus and smokeless tobacco products, and importers and distributors of herbal smoking products.
